Already established itself as a name to watch in the budding South Korean fashion landscape, Seoul-based label JICHOI has unveiled its latest with an expansive Fall/Winter 2020 collection.
Titled “Great Day,” the range is defined by its unisex mix defined by workwear codes and technical styling. Indebted to distinct sportswear elements, the FW20 collection touches on uniforming with its concise textile choices and tonal looks that reference a muted dark color palette.
Leading the range is a selection of track jackets marked by contrast piping and chest embroidery, color-blocked dual front zip fleece jackets and work shirt/coats subtly reimagined with concealing sleeve lengths. Contrasting the impliable framing elements are tapered zip tops marked by elongated bottoms with delicately draped sides and an array of bottoms that continue the delicate flowy detail. Accessories come in the form of unique wrap skirt attachments and crossbody bags that come complete with backpack-inspired carrying straps and proud pocketing.
